Helping you break free from anxiety and isolation so you feel more confident and connected.

You find yourself at a crossroads. Struggling with feelings of loneliness and disconnection, you often feel like an outsider even in a room full of familiar faces. Your family relationships are strained, your friendships feel like a series of missed connections, and imposter syndrome strikes hard in work settings. Despite these concerns, you reluctantly consider joining a therapy group, hoping it might help you understand your emotions better and build the skills you desperately need.

But doubts plague you. What if you share too much and feels exposed? What if your struggles are dismissed or trivialized by others who seem to have it all together? The idea of showing up, vulnerable and raw, is daunting. You worry that the group setting will only amplify your anxiety, making you retreat further into your shell. However, deep down, you suspect that if you want to break free from your isolation and foster healthier relationships, taking this step is essential.

Group Therapy can help you:

  • Group therapy provides a safe environment to practice expressing thoughts and feelings openly.

You will learn to communicate more effectively by receiving feedback from others and observing how others interact. This improved communication translates to better relationships outside the group.

  • Through group interactions and feedback, you will gain insight into your own behaviors and patterns, and how they impact others. This heightened self-awareness allows you to recognize and change unhealthy relationship dynamics.

  • Hearing others share similar struggles helps you realize you're not alone. This fosters empathy, reduces judgment, and increases understanding of different perspectives, leading to more compassionate relationships.

  • The group acts as a "learning lab" for relationships. You can experiment with new ways of interacting, set boundaries, and work through conflicts in real-time with my guidance and support, and that of the group. These new skills and behaviors can then be applied to relationships outside the group.

    Groundwork

Weeks 1–3: Building the Foundation for Healing
You’ll explore what self-love truly means—developing self-compassion, self-worth, and boundaries—while understanding how early attachment and caregiving experiences shaped your self-perception. This section helps you connect mindfulness and nervous-system awareness to emotional regulation and safety.

    Reparenting Basics

Weeks 4–7: Accessing Inner Guidance and Healing Old Wounds
You’ll learn to access your inner Self—the compassionate, wise presence that leads healing. From there, you’ll recognize the Inner Critic and other Protectors that formed to keep you safe, and begin unburdening the wounded Inner Child parts (Exiles) with care and self-acceptance.

    Advanced Reparenting Skills

Weeks 8–10: Deepening Communication and Integration
This phase strengthens your ability to express needs and feelings through Nonviolent Communication, reconnects you to joy and play as essential parts of wholeness, and teaches you to navigate internal conflict with compassion and clarity.

    Integration

Weeks 11–12: Extending Love Outward and Moving Forward
You’ll explore how self-love naturally expands into your relationships with others, practicing boundaries, repair, and authentic connection. The final week invites reflection, celebration, and setting intentions for sustaining your growth and Self-leadership beyond the group.

    • A comprehensive workbook with presentation slides, worksheets, and guided journaling prompts.

    • Downloadable audio meditations to support your self-practice between sessions.

    • A small-group experience (max 8 participants) for personal attention and meaningful connection.

Real Voices, Real Journeys: Self-Love Skills Group Feedback

  • “I have been in a lot of therapies. Parts work, reparenting, and developing a relationship with the inner child is the modality that has changed my life. Keri's group is structured in a way that really allows you to engage this process in an informed and effective way. She introduces you to different parts of yourself in a very intentional sequence. I had multiple breakthrough moments because of this combination of education and practice. I would highly recommend this course.”

  • “When I enrolled I knew nothing about IFS or parts work. After completing this course I can say that I feel more confident in my abilities to navigate my feelings. Learning to feel sensations versus intellectualizing my feelings has helped tremendously. The information that I have gained is something I will definitely continue to use.”
